How long does it take to produce my order?
Standard orders with no customization take 7-10 days. Semi-custom orders can take 2-4 weeks from proof approval and full custom orders can take up to 6 weeks to complete.
Why does it take so long for custom orders?
Custom orders require additional time because each is made specifically for you. Your design must be created, printed, die cut and hand assembled.
How big are the Holiday ShowStoppers?
ShowStopper Globes measure 3” wide by 4” tall. The globe itself is 3” in diameter. The hanging Message Tag is 2” wide by 3.5” tall (flat) or 2” wide by 1.75” tall, when folded.
Do you offer shapes other than the globe?
Our Holiday ShowStopper line is only available in the globe shape. We do have various other standard ShowStopper shapes available with minimum order requirements of 500 units. Please call us at 888-337-2737 to discuss these options.

How do I submit art for my custom order?
For smaller files, please submit art via email to art@3dpapergraphics.com. Please be sure to include your company name and “LOGO ART” in the subject line.
If you are submitting art for a full custom design, and files are too large to email, please call us, and we’ll instruct you on how you can upload your files to a web-based FTP Server.
What types of files do you accept?
Preferred program files include Adobe Illustrator (.eps, .ai, .pdf), Adobe Photoshop (.psd, .pdf) or .jpg files. Files must be either vector or high-res (300 dpi or greater). The quality of the final product depends greatly upon the quality of the images you submit.
Please be sure to proof all of your copy carefully before submitting your order. A digital proof will be sent to you before production begins. All full-custom orders also include a color screen comp. If you would like for us to send you a hard copy proof or mockup please call us for pricing.
Pricing depends on the quantity ordered and level of customization applied. Please refer to the Holiday Pricing page found by clicking the “Holiday” tab on our homepage.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
Large quantity discounts are also available. Please contact us to discuss your needs for a large order. Whether you need 10,000 or 1,000,000 we can get the job done.
All customization of the ShowStopper globe, front oval disk, and hanging message tag cover is done in 4-color process. Standard greetings on the inside of the message tag are printed in black ink only.
Standard Orders:
Choose from our collection of Standard Holiday ShowStoppers. Select a standard oval disk and standard message tag cover design. Choose one of our standard greetings for inside the message tag, or create your own original message.
Semi-Custom Orders:
Select from our Standard Holiday ShowStopper designs. Personalize the oval disk, the message tag cover, or both with custom art. The inside of the Message Tag can also be personalized.
Full Custom Orders:
Create a ShowStopper with your custom art inside the globe. The oval disk and all parts of the message tag may also be customized. There is a minimum order quantity of 500 pieces and a $395 set up fee. Please call us to discuss how to take advantage of this popular option.
ShowStopper Globes come with plain white A-2 sized envelopes, imprinted with your company name and return address on the back flap, in black ink.
You may check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account and using the unique log in email and password that were used when placing your order online. If you need assistance logging in or have misplaced your password, please call us at 888-337-2737.
You can log into your account under the “Contact Us” drop down menu on our home page. While logged in you may update your contact information, view order history, print invoices and track shipments.
ShowStopper Globes mail at the USPS 1st class rate of $0.42, provided no additional inserts are placed inside the envelope. If additional inserts are included and the USPS determines the thickness to be ¼ “ or thicker you may have to pay an additional $0.20 non-machinable surcharge per piece.
Payment is completed at checkout with your credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Our Shopping Cart site is run through a secure server through GoECart.
